Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish her college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from her previous place of competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She was 3rd overall at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in she was thrilled with the result. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise includes her lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
