Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding's (n e Elena Jane Goulding 30 December 1986, in Hereford England) is a English Singer-Songwriter. The infectious electronic music of Ellie Goulding swiftly brought her to the top of the charts when she was noticed by the public in 2010. She was able to accomplish this through the singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a standout contemporary artist due to her soprano voice, and her talent in creating songs that are engaging and emotional. Her style is similar with Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other artists of the same ilk. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign the singer and began preparations to release her debut album.
